1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Panfry the chicken drumsticks in oil until golden on all sides, season and set aside. Heat another batch of oil in the pan, and add swede, onion and sausages. Cook stirring often, for a few minutes or until golden.
3. Combine all ingredients in an oven dish, cover with a lid or foil and place in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes until the swede is tender. Uncover and cook for a further 5 minutes until golden.
