    How to use

    1. 2 small cucumbers
    2. 1 large Daikon radish
    3. 5 red radishes
    4. juice of ½ lemon
    5. 1 clove garlic, crushed
    6. 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    7. 3 tablespoons olive oil or peanut oil
    8. 2 tbs fresh chopped dill salt and pepper to taste
