'Mingo' Themeda is a ground cover Kangaroo Grass with blue foliage rusty red/brown seed heads over summer.
    It is excellent as an informal ground cover in commercial mass plantings. Versatile and only minimal maintenance required.

    How it works

    NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, WA & TAS.

    Full sun to part shade. 'Mingo' suits a wide variety of soils. Tolerates frost and drought.

    Care Instructions

    Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden (chunky mulch is recommended).

    Use slow release fertiliser in spring and/or autumn. Trim back 1-2 times a year if required to 1/3 of the leaf growth in autumn or early spring.

    How to use

    Ideal as a low ground cover, low border or for slopes.
