1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Peel and slice the kohlrabi bulbs into chip form.
3. Toss chips with a bit of olive oil and spread onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little salt and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Toss lightly then return to oven for a further 20 minutes or until golden.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little salt and your chosen spice.
