    Millions of 'Katrinus' plants are used Australia wide. This improved Lomandra variety has a shorter size, finer leaf, and strengthens the soil up to 216% (2007 Paananen, Layt; Study). 'Katrinus' tolerates heat, drought, frost and windy exposed conditions making it an ideal choice for commercial mass plantings

    How it works

    NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA, TAS & QLD (do not plant in depressed areas).

    Full sun and moderate to heavy shade. Tolerates drought, frost and wind. 'Katrinus' prefers sandy to heavy clay soils

    Care Instructions

    Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden (chunky mulch is recommended). Ensure crown or base of plant is not below soil or mulch level. If required use slow release fertiliser in spring. Cut back to half the height if required after 7 years
